Information Session Dates

 

Adult Education and Employment Program: A 10-Month Mature High School Diploma program offering 8 credits at the grade 12 levels, with a focus on career development and planning. Offered in partnership with Seven Oaks School Division.  ACCEPTING APPLICATION FOR August 14, 2024 - June 14, 2025 PROGRAM.

Apprenticeship Program Stream: A 12 month program after completion from the Adult Education and Employment Program.  Streams offered are HVAC, Building Trades, and Sustainable Energy offered in partnership with Seven Oaks School Division.

Family Support Worker Certificate Program:An 11-month post-secondary program provides students with the necessary knowledge and practical skills for employment in various community, child welfare, and support service agencies working with children, youth, and families. Courses run from January to December. Offered in partnership with Red River College Polytechnic. ACCEPTING APPLICATION FOR January 22, 2024 - December 11, 2024 PROGRAM.

 

Educational Assistant Certificate Program: A 10-month post-secondary program which prepares students to work in educational settings to support the work of teachers and to help meet the needs of students with exceptionalities. Courses run from August to June. Offered in partnership with Red River College Polytechnic. ACCEPTING APPLICATION FOR September 18, 2024 - June 14, 2025 PROGRAM.

Health Care Aide/Health Unit Clerk Dual-Certificate Program: A 10-month post-secondary program which prepares students for employment in acute and long-term care health facilities throughout the province. Courses run from August to June. Offered in partnership with Red River College Polytechnic.  ACCEPTING APPLICATION FOR August 28, 2024 - June 14, 2025 PROGRAM.        

 

Saving Circle Asset-Building Program: An extracurricular program for Urban Circle Students which provides Managing Money training with a matched-savings component through SEED Winnipeg and the United Way of Winnipeg.
